He also serves as an Elder of Scottsdale Bible Church and is on the Board of Directors of Phoenix Seminary and the Phoenix Public Safety Foundation.
Ryan has been a licensed real estate agent for over 15 years with a focus on acquisition, disposition, and leasing of various real estate assets. As a second-generation partner in SIM, he has participated the company’s diverse portfolio of assets in multiple roles and responsibilities. Ryan has recently facilitated commercial leases totaling over 5.6 million square feet of real estate, representing over $27B in value.
Ed is a licensed real estate broker with over 20 years experience in real estate, finance, and economic development. He is a former Chairman of the City of Scottsdale Planning Commission and was the Arizona Commerce Authority’s nominee for Game Changing Economic Developers Under 40. Ed is a Member of the Phoenix Thunderbirds, a philanthropic group, and hosts of the Waste Management Phoenix Open.
He graduated from the Eller College of Management at University of Arizona with the degree in finance and earned his MBA from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
Chris has been working in the construction industry for over 30 years. He has experience in residential and commercial industry. He has been involved in all aspects of development and construction, including working with municipalities in different states, selecting and working with general contractors, overseeing every phase of construction.
