Returns & Exchanges

If you have any questions or issues about your order, please contact us immediately with your order concerns. We want our customers to be completely satisfied with every purchase, and we will do our best to resolve the situation if your order is lost, damaged, or unsatisfactory in any way.

All returns and exchanges must be requests no later than 14 days after delivery. Returned items must be shipped back in their original packing and within 30 days of delivery.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

Custom or commission pieces are non-refundable even if your cancel your order. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns or refunds for custom or commission works. If you have requested a commissioned or customized piece or series, you will be contacted to discuss the order and installation details. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required for ALL commission and custom orders, the remainder due before shipping or installation. (Additional charges may apply for installation fees.)

Shipping Policies

Shipping is through USPS / USP / FEDEX. Please inform us if you require a special shipping carrier and we will do our best to accommodate you. You will receive a tracking number when your order ships to you.

For all custom or commission orders please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. You will be informed at time of order the estimated production schedule and arrival of your items.

Note for international buyers- please be aware that shipping costs do not cover any custom taxes that your country may apply.
